1 Plunger pairs

The plunger coupler is one of the most precise parts on a diesel engine. Common problems are as follows:

1)The wear of the plunger couple is uneven, mainly concentrated on the working surface, which is a scratch on the surface, and its depth is greater than the gap between the plunger couple.

2）The surface of the plunger head and the oil inlet hole of the plunger sleeve is worn.

3）Wear across the entire working surface of the plunger and plunger sleeve.

4）ome wear on plunger and groove and lower shoulder.
